At the beginning everything went well, their quote was the cheapest and they answered my first email fast. So I chose them, I went ahead and deposit the $150 they asked without even having a pick up date (it was the first time I used a company to move my car). Once they received the money, I never heard of Bill again. I called (from Mexico: I live here) like 10 times and he was never available, the person that answered never had answers, all they would say was that they were gonna check on my order and get back to me, which never happened. I started to feel like being robbed. So I got really angry (2 weeks passed by then) and wrote them an email about the lack of communication and how bad service they had. Finally Andy wrote to me saying that a lady from their office had already spoken to someone, but he never mentioned names because it wasn't true. I think that since their quote was too low, there wasn't any driver that wanted to pick my car, so they had to raise it from $650 to $725!!!! This really made me more angry (another reason not to use them again). Then, the driver never called the pick up location a day before, and I requested them to do so. In the end the van arrived in perfect conditions (thanks to the driver) but my satisfaction on their service was on the floor.

This is my experience, working with them will be on your own risk, but I highly recommend you not to. Go ahead and use G&L Enterprise, thanks to this negative experience I found Fred Pereschino, I have now moved 3 cars with him and I am as happy as a kid with a lollipop.

Orelia Gonzalez's order was not as cut and dry as she would like you to believe. As in every case with an unhappy customer we apologize for any inconvenience caused by any delays on our behalf. However, Miss Gonzalez apparently lived in Mexico and we tried numerous times to contact and communicate with her. But the number was a Mexican number and it was almost impossible to reach her. We tried everything from emails to calling multiple times every time we had a driver and we always had to let them go because we could not reach her. Finally, we were able to reach her and that's when we got her car moved. We truly worked hard on her order but when we book an order we always ask the customer for the "best" number to reach them. It is in their best interest to do that to avoid any delays with shipment.
