FIRST DAY ON THE JOB!

HELLO VISITORS TO THIS REVIEW,LET ME START OFF BY SAYING THAT OFFICIAL AUTO TRANSPORT (IN MY OPINION)JUST MAY BE THE WORST COMPANY TO OPERATE IN THE UNITED STATES.ON NOV.9TH I CONTACTED THIS SO CALLED THREE STAR OUTFIT TO TRANSPORT MY VEH. FROM PA. TO UTAH, I HAD SPOKEN WITH ONE OF THE COMPANY'S SELF PROCLAIMED MAGNIFICENT REPRESENITIVES NAMED CARLOS,WHO STATED THAT HE JUST MIGHT HAVE A TRUCK IN THE AREA TO PICK UP MY VEH. ON THE 14TH OR 15TH OF NOV. THIS WAS GREAT, I THOUGHT TO MYSELF,SO I PRECEEDED TO PUT A DEPOSIT OF $150.00 DOWN AFTER IN WHICH I WAS INFORMED I WOULD RECIEVE AN E-MAIL CONFIRMING THE TRANSACTION IN ADDITION TO A PHONE CALL TO INFORM ME OF A POSSIBLE PICKUP DATE AND TIME,THREE DAYS LATER,NOTHING! SO I SENT AN E-MAIL WITH CONCERN ABOUT THE SITUATION,SUPRISE! NO RESPONSE.THEN I PLACED A PHONE CALL TO THE COMPANY AND SPOKE TO ANOTHER REP. WHO'S NAME I CAN'T RECALL THAT SENT ME AN E-MAIL CONFIRMING THE DEPOSIT INFORMATION AND AN ADDITIONAL E-MAIL WITH THE ORDER INFO. WITH THE MENTION OF A PICKUP... TO BE DETERMINED.AS IT TURNS OUT I WAS LEFT IN THE DARK ABOUT WHEN THIS TRANSPORT WOULD TAKE PLACE.AFTER NUMEROUS UNANSWERED E-MAILS AND PHONE CALLS I FINALLY REACHED CARLOS WHO INFORMED ME THAT HE HAD TROUBLE FINDING A DRIVER TO PICK UP MY VEH. AND THAT SOME HAVE ACTUALLY REFUSED FOR THE FACT IT WAS "OUT OF THEIR WAY" SO ON THE 11TH DAY OF PLAYING PHONE TAG I GAVE THIS COMPANY ONE LAST OPPORTUNITY TO FULFILL THE KIND OF PRACTICE THEY PRAISE ON THEIR WEBSITE,TO NO AVAIL. NOV.21ST I CALLED THE COMPANY BACK TO SEE IF THEY COULD PREFORM THIS TRANSPORT.CARLOS HAD ANSWERED THE PHONE AND SAID HE COULD NOT FIND ANYONE TO DO THIS,ALTHOUGH HE SAID MY C.C WAS REFUNDED MY DEPOSIT IT WOULD TAKE A FEW DAYS TO TRANSACT, SO THE REFUND STILL REMAINS TO BE SEEN.THIS COMPANY WASTED 12 DAYS OF MY TIME GIVING ME THE RUNAROUND!THEIR COMPANY OPERATES IN AN UNPROFESSIONAL MANNER THAT COULD BE DEEMED AS ALMOST CRIMINAL,THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS ,WHILE POLITE,WERE BY FAR MOST INADEQUITE AT KEEPING IN CONTACT WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS.SO BEWARE!!, I WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY WORST ENEMY AND IF EVER A CLASS ACTION SUITE IS BROUGHT AGAINST THEM.....COUNT ME IN!!!!!!

This customer's deposit was refunded. Unfortunately, this particular move was not completed primarily due to the location where the vehicle needed to be delivered. Since this time we have taken the appropriate measures via increased staffing, and increased order activity to avoid lengthy delays.
