Driver never called en route. His dispatcher calls an hour before they arrive to let me know where they're dropping off the car. Keep in mind this was supposed to be door-to-door. The dispatcher tells me the truck can't get into the city. Fine. Well how about I suggest another place closer, and right off the freeway. No, and the dispatcher changes his tune. Now he's going to tell the driver to dump the car in a storage facility. The jerk doesn't even want to hear my suggestions, even though I know the city better than he does. I call my broker and he handles it, but ultimately I have to drive 15 miles from my house to pick up the car. These guys were rude to me and my broker. Will never use them again.
