Our family recently moved from NY to TX. We used Number 1 Auto (covered transport) for our 2 cars. John Russo at Number 1 Auto made the whole process very smooth. Any time I had a question, he was available to answer. I like the fact that the quote that he gave me was the price I had to pay. There were no hidden fees and no expiration date on the quote. He worked with me on the date that I wanted the cars delivered so my cars would not be in TX before me. Then he assigned me the driver Fritz. He was very good. He picked up our cars on Tues evening and told us he would be in TX probably on Sat afternoon. We were scheduled to fly to TX on Fri. On Fri late afternoon, my husband got a call from Fritz that he was approximately an hour away from us. We were actually glad that we were able to get our cars on Fri instead of Sat. Our cars arrived with no damage or scratches. Number 1 Auto was not the cheapest option but I was so glad we used them. They were honest and very clear on the pricing. Thank you for making part of our move less stressful.
