I contacted Number 1 Auto Transport Inc at the last minute, Sam was able to arrange a pick up for the next day. The next day, I cancelled my pick with the driver 20 minutes away. I felt so guilty, Sam was understanding and did not charge me a cancelation fee.

That was my first time attempting to ship my car and Sam was patient and thoroughly answered my questions. He put me at ease. I would definitely use the company in the future and refer them to my friends and family.
