Do not ever use this company! I booked the pickup of my truck from California to New York over 2 weeks in advance. After the pickup date came and went I was assured on many occassions that the driver due to delays, and more delays and a broken arm (not kidding) and more delays would for sure come. We had to leave our truck with a friend since we were moving to New York and had to leave the area. The truck never did get picked up. After being in New York for a week we called the company and knowing they were on Long Island asked to come see them at their office. We were told that they do not see clients. At that point we were then told that they did not have a driver and THEY would be o.k. with it if we booked someone else. Which we promptly did. The new company Dependable Auto Shippers picked the truck up on time and had it delivered by the promised delivery date. It has been over 9 weeks since I submitted my request for refund of my $150.00 deposit. I have been told every story in the book as to why it is being delayed to the final "the check is in the mail". These people play like they are a large establised company but I have only ever talked to Devon, Stephanie and Tina. These people are liars...the plain and simple truth. I have actually been told that they have a staff of 200 people but when I ask to speak to someone other than Devon, Stephanie or Tina well, it just never happens. I did on my final call after being on hold for a long time get transfered to a woman named Morina who had told me my check was mailed out. When I asked her what address it was sent to she said she didn't know and would have to call me back. The callback never came and neither did the check. I do not expect to ever see my refund but I do plan to pursue any means or method to put these people out of business. They obviously scam people for a living. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
