I have a tendency to find fault in all transactions I have so first let me say that this transaction went very well and I would use this company again and I do recommend them. So as always I have to find fault... I would have liked the customer service to be proactive and contact me with status such as, vehicle has been picked up, etc... I had to call a few times (they were polite) and actually on my last call to them to get status, at the same time, the truck driver called on another line to tell me he was 3 hours away.
