What a great company. I had to transport a Volvo from Boston to L.A. It was my first time ever transporting a vehicle, so I went on Uship.com and I put an add up, and kept getting bids for all sorts of prices, $1,200 being the lowest. Everyone on Uship only communicated through messages on the site, and no one was willing to negotiate or help out. I then looked up other places online for transport, and found good reviews for this one. I asked for a quote, and within a day Steve Wells called me personally and gave me a great quote, $995, beating out all other competitors, and answered all my questions. He was very nice, and friendly. I actually felt as if he cared about my needs and my car. I decided with just that phone call to stop looking and book with New World Auto Transport. They give you the number to dispatch and you can keep track of where your car is too! When the car was delivered, the guy was very nice and friendly. Marty I think his name was. They did it all within 11 days of the initial phone call. I will recommend them to anyone. A little customer service goes a long way.
