Steve is incredible - A man of integrity

Steve is knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy, friendly, and an all around great guy who runs a great business. He helped me maneuver through the process with another transport company, because I was stuck and would loose my deposit, knowing he would receive nothing out of it. We need more business owners with integrity and kindness like Steve in this world. My experience with Steve and another company is below. How refreshing it was to receive a call, personally from Steve, after I had read through his website. I was doing some research on car transport companies with my son. We were shipping a car to CA for him. Since he was paying, we were trying to find the best deal. I spoke with Steve and told him I would get back to him. We didn't want to ship my car to CA unless we could find a replacement car for me. We found another company that gave us a bid and my son wanted to go with them because they were a little less. Remember the old saying, "you get what you pay for." sometimes the savings isn't worth the stress. The other company was hard to understand over the phone, they were not communicating, and no one in the office seemed to be able to help me, except for the one person who never seemed to be available. I was going to cancel the shipping order and go with New World Auto, so I called Steve and told him what I was experiencing with this other company. He immediately got his assistant Carmen on the computer and starting looking at my situation with this other company. He explained how the transport business works and what to watch out for with sketchy dealings. I called the other company back and asked the questions Steve had guided me on. Got my answers and called him back. He further guided me and I called them back to lock in the transport of the car. They sent me paperwork and Steve wanted to look it over to make sure all was on the up and up. He said it all looked legit. Then guiding me on when they pick up my car and what I need to get copies of, signed, etc...I was so impressed with his ability to guide me through this process and get nothing out of it, I had to write a review for him and his company. I wish we would have gone with New World Auto Transport in the first place. The stress from the other company and the amount saved was not worth it. Thank you Steve, Carmen, and anyone else behind the scenes who helped me yesterday!!
