I've used New World Auto Transport THREE times to move our family's vehicles from NC to TX- needless to say, I wouldn't keep coming back if they didn't consistently provide stellar car transporting services at reasonable prices. The customer service is outstanding, and you always have contact with a logistics engineer or a dispatcher to address any concerns. We flew from TX to NC to attend our daughter's graduation from college and then move her to TX. We had a VERY tight 2-day schedule to fly in, rent a truck to move her belongings, attend her graduation, have her car picked up, then drive back to the airport, so there was virtually NO wiggle room in our schedule. I was stressed about the car being picked up on time, but Mike Barton (my logistics contact), and Henry (Enrique), the dispatcher, assured me that they had assigned a driver to pick up my daughter's car in Boone. The driver showed up not only on the day promised, but a couple of hours earlier than originally planned (he called me to inform me), which was an added bonus, freeing us to leave a couple of hours earlier than planned after packing up her apartment. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend the New World Auto Transport for their outstanding customer service and dependable, on-time pick-up & delivery of your vehicles, you won't be disappointed!
