I called Michael at 6PM and explained to him that my car simply HAD TO be moved the next day from CA to IN. I was very impressed that he was able to weave together a seamless solution. Michael absolutely knocked this one out of the park!

Small background: My son's car needed to be moved from CA to IN. Like many, I went on to a "Move Your Car" generic website and chose a carrier/broker from there. I didn't choose New World Auto Transport, but I really wish I had. The "other" company did nothing but make unfulfilled promises. When they're driver was 4 days late, I called Michael at NWAT and received instant professionalism. I was calling from the airport in Indianapolis, talking to a company in TX, to move a car in CA. My ex-wife had vacated my children's home, my son's car was sitting in the street, my father (from MO) was hanging out in a hotel room waiting for my driver to arrive, the realtor was to take possession of the house the following day and insisted that the car be removed. I was STRESSED out. Michael handled my stress with acumen and poise and gave me the assurance that my issue would be handled appropriately. His communication was timely, accurate, informative, and understandable. I simply could not be more pleased.

I have never used a car moving service before and I will never use a different one than New World Auto Transport in the future. I would recommend them to ANYONE. Thank you, Michael. Thank you so much.
