Overall we had a good experience with new world auto. Jeremy Howard was very polite,professional and helpful. We were disappointed we had to add more to estimate to get the truck delivered. But was most likely due to fact it was in an out of the way location for pick-up. Also time of year, very busy with snowbirds going home from Florida!
We were very happy with driver who picked it up. And received it within 24 hours of time picked up from Mississippi !
It was an easy process all in all dealing with Jeremy. If I called in to ask about progress he always answered or returned my call. Didn't mind fact we were anxious!!
Would use again!
