I wish I would have called New World Auto Transport from the very beginning. On Oct 12.11 I received a called from a person name Dave who was an employee of a different carrier which was All Coast Auto Transport. He made me feel as if he truly cared about my needs and assured me that my car would be arriving shortly after my arrival to Texas. The first available date of pick up was 10/20/11 my car was never picked up and my many phone calls were always answered with "we do not have a driver". Not only were my phone calls a waste of time,but my emails as well. When I saw that they were giving me the run around after my repeated phone calls I asked for my $200.00 deposit back. They responded that the deposit was not refundable. On Nov 11/11 I received the first phone call telling me that they might have a driver,but that he would not do it unless I paid another two hundred dollars. The person who called me told me she would see if he would take $150.00 she promise to call me back. Never did....I call her the next day and she said he wouldn't do it that he wanted even more money. By that time my Daughter was on her computer and was talking to a gentleman name Ray from " New World Auto Transport" she told him what was happening to me and he assured her he could have my car in very soon. He did not ask for a deposit so I told her that I was going to cancel my contract with the other company because by this time I had no faith in them. Nor did want to give them my business. My car was picked up on Tuesday and was here in Hutto, Texas Friday 11 18/11. It took no time to find a driver. I couldn't believe it I was BEYOND HAPPY!!!!!!! I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. This company operates in honesty,and integrity I am very grateful.
