After I got a job in CA (I am from upstate NY) I had to make arrangements with a moving company. My employer provided one, but unfortunately they could not get my car to me in CA until three weeks or so after I was to arrive. I didn't want to either be 1) stuck without a car or 2) spending lots of money on a rental car, so I started looking for other companies to move my car. Jon at New World told me they could have the car to me a whole lot sooner for only $1495. Our arrangement was that New World would find someone to drop the car off no later than Sept. 6th (I arrived on Sept. 4). Not only was the price great, the driver New World found got my car there even earlier than promised (shout out to SHA Transportation from the Rochester, NY area) - I had my car delivered four hours after I stepped off the plane! Incredible.

Jon was really great customer serivce-wise. My dad and I had tons of questions because we have never moved a car cross country before, and he very patiently spent lots of time on the phone with us, answering them one by one. In addition, every other person I talked to from New World was great. When the driver left me my car, we had a small issue with the check, which was not properly made out (spelling error in the name of his company). Even though it was Labor Day weekend, and all the New World employees were spending time at home with their family, friends and community members, several of them either answered or promptly returned my frantic phone calls asking what I should do about the misspelled check. These people really go above and beyond for their customers, I HIGHLY recommend and would definitely use them again. Thanks so much for an awesome car transport!
