As you can see below Rachel promised our refund on May 3rd within( tricky) 48 business hours. We still have not recieved it my wife is filing a formal complaint. What kind of company takes a deposit of 125 dollard for a service and dosnt perform the service and thinks they deserve to keep the deposit.
