When looking for a second opinion after the original carrier I was working with was poor at communicating and hadn't found transport for me after 3 weeks. Debra called me instantly and spent more 30 minutes explaining the whole transport process with me, more time than the previous carrier! Many more confusing things happened, but Debra was there and helpful and communicative the entire time! The transport she set up for me was also incredible, the driver was super nice and kept me up to date on the travels
