TERRIBLE customer service

I cancelled my dealings with New Way because of their terrible customer service. Rachel, one of the supervisors, yelled at me as well as hung up on me twice because she said she can't "handle the stress of finding a carrier for our car". If I am not mistaken....thats her job. If she can't handle the stress she needs to quit and find a less stressful job! She told me to just "find another company to work with" and thats just what we did. So Rachel thanks for the great advice, we found another company and are satisfied with their work! New ways really needs to look into hiring friendly, more knowledgable people who can handle "stress".
