IF IT DOESN'T HAVE ALL 5 STARS DON'T DO IT!!!!!! 4 Just means that they pay others to give reviews to raise score.
Run A Way!!!!! Have been dealing with this for a bit with a couple of companies. Got quote. FULLY DISCLOSED EVERYTHING! AGAIN GIVEN THE SAME SONG AND DANCE AS CAPITOL TRANSPORT AND LOGISTICS. Quote you one thing and on the last day of pick up says that will have someone else do it but you will have to pay an additional $200.00. Contract signed on the 5th. Gave a few extra days before to try to find driver so Technical Pick up date was Oct 11th but was available ANYTIME! Called and told them I HAD TO HAVE IT MOVED BY THE 31ST. DID NOT HAPPEN. Asked for immediate refund. Got run a round. I am in accounting so I know bs when I see it. Forced to go through Bank company which is a bit of a hassle but better than dealing with these yahoos. But on the flip side I will be recoveing the damages the delay in pick up caused as I will be filing a civil suit with the state of Flordia and conatcting the govenors office as well as the "Central Dispatch" and the US Dot. Will also be seeking a lien on their Bond and Business Lic which will cause their insurance to be cancelled until I am paid. That being said I would not have faith that in the event your vehicle is damaged that your damages will be covered (not that I believe for one minute that you would be seeing any of that money anyway... more than likely end up in their pockets.)

Pay Special Attention to the dates the emails were returned. NEVER IN A TIMELY FASHION!

By the way, despite your attempted scare tactic of saying that it takes 30 days to dispute a credit card charge, I happen to know otherwise. Remember my profession. You have given me all of the evidence I need to get an immediate refund, that CANNOT BE OVER TURNED, but was hoping not to have to go that route and have you make right the wrong and possibly save me some hassle as you have already been the source of a great deal of it. But keep in mind, by my being forced to go about things that way, you do not get your precious release, which as my interactions with you continue may become more and more valuable. Which undersigned or anyone entitled to any recovery, required on account of, or in any way going out of , the contracts for services rendered and entered into between parties named here within.
Furthermore, all events and actions leading up to this agreement, including the terms and conditions of this agreement are to remain confidential and no further claims, complaints, statements or other action may be taken or reported to any state , city, government, consumer group, public , media organization internet website or credit card agency.
The parties named below agree and acknowledge that the payment of the sum specified in the release to pay claims agreement is full and complete compromise of any and all matters involving services performed by New way moving services, Inc.
This release to pay claims agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties above mentioned with regard to any and all matters set forth therein and shall be binding. There are no other understandings or agreements, verbal or otherwise, in relation here to between the parties.

I understand that Saturday is not a business day, however per your email below; a business day is not the time period given. It was stated as “72 hours”. That does not imply 72 business hours. If that was the case we would be looking at a lot longer time period. Not asking for the world. Just my money back in a timely fashion. If it was your money and you were having to spend additional funds to move a vehicle to a temporary location that should have already been moved to its permanent location, you might want the same consideration.

Please send me contact information for you manager immediately.

I have given you options and you have not been accommodating in the slightest. Not the way one should treat someone who they hope to retain the business of…


However, if it make sit easier for you, I do have the ability to process your check by phone… Simply send me the account and routing number with a check number. That would make everyone happy.

Keep in mind that even if we process it back to your credit card it usualy take up to 7 business days to post to your credit card.

But your deposits are not? What kind of accountant can take money one way but not refund it the same? I happen to know that it is possible and not that difficult to process. In case you have not noticed, I am in the industry. 72 hours is unacceptable. If you insist on my refund being done via check, then I expect it post marked NO LATER THAN TOMORROW. You have already been given nearly 48 hours notice cancellation as it sits now.

I find it VERY unsettling that you except me to accept my refund via check as your deposit was taken immediately via my bank account despite no work done on your end. I believe I am entitled to the same liberties, and fully expect your accommodation as your inabilities have cost me a great deal more that then $150.00 that you are attempting to buy my rights for. As long as I receive your full cooperation regarding my refund, I will release my rights. However, if you do not comply with my requests you may be held liable for the further damages.

I expect an immediate response as I have given you the same consideration. I will need an answer by 3 pm eastern time TODAY. The delays in your responses are not acceptable. You have been given very specific timelines and not met one yet. If you hope to regain my business in the spring when I plan on attempting to move not only this vehicle but another, I would think you might want to make some display of punctuality. Dear Customer Please review all the attached emails, if you read it carefully it shows that we had a full intention to make a full refund of the deposit. We just ask the customer to follow the company policy for the refund, it is the customer it self who make it hard. We agreed to fax her a check so she would be able to process the check by phone but still she insisted to continue fighting. She indicated that we didn't answer promptly well another lie, please review the time of the emails- they were sent in a min different, her emails were replied few minutes after they were recieved. More then that all her phone calls were answered when she had contacted our office - means we were trying to resolve it with her. It is the customer right to contact any agency she think that can help her but those agencies will be provided with a copy of those email as a proof that New way moving services had a full intention to resolve this issue and to provide a full refund of her deposit with no question ask, its the customer itself who wanted to make it complicated. I had to wait 10 weeks to get a refund from FEDEX, im wondering what would she do if she needed to deal with them. Even after she post this false review we are willing to work out with her and process her refund if she will follow the company procedure. Please note that even that we are the company and that we were hired by the customer we can still take legal actions against customer who slandering our name with false alligations
