After our relocation to Kansas I somehow misplaced the invoice for our auto transport. I needed to get copy for our moving expenses (tax deductible). Though it had been nine months since the move, Mario was able to locate our invoice and email a copy to us, even though I had no idea of the invoice number. Outstanding customer service long after the fact!
