Deplorable treatment from Leon

To say that I am extremely upset and disappointed in the service and treatment I received from Dispatcher Leon (267-334-6269) would be an understatement. Actually, I am still pretty much in shock and devastated at how Leon spoke to me during the transport of my vehicle. From the very beginning as I was searching for a company to ship my vehicle, I indicated that the first day I would be in Virginia to receive the vehicle would be Tuesday, September 17th, 2013. On Sunday September 15, at 2:38 pm, while on the road somewhere in the state of Texas, I received a text from Leon. This is where things went terribly bad. The text indicated that the vehicle would be dropped off Monday morning. Being concerned that I was in Texas driving cross-country and my husband is an active duty member of our military who has work Monday morning, I called Leon (using my hands free device, of course) to discuss the situation.

Leon became very argumentative with me on the phone. Amongst other things, Leon proceeded to tell me that, “since you are not responsible enough to be there to get your vehicle, I will have the driver take it to our storage facility in Philadelphia, PA and you can just pick it up there.”

I again tried to explain to him that I was on the road in Texas. He would absolutely not budge at all in working with us on a drop off time for the vehicle. Leon proceeded to insult me several more times by stating that since I was not responsible enough to be there, I could just pick my vehicle up in PA. He also stated that he would not “delay my driver for one vehicle.” Towards the end of the conversation, as I was upset, crying, and trying to get Leon to work with me (to no avail). Leon absolutely REFUSED to let me speak and every time I tried to say something to him, he would only talk over me to the point that the only course of action I could take was to hang up on him.

I then called my husband and my broker. My husband called Leon, who still would not budge on the timeframe even when my husband asked if he could do it at lunch. It literally took my broker calling Leon and doing a three way with my husband before Leon would even consider negotiating a lunchtime drop off.

After the deplorable way I was treated by Leon, I would not recommend this company and I will absolutely not use them in the future.
