She was very receptive and kept me informed of the status of my Honda Civic throughout the process. The vehicle schedule from Honolulu, Hawaii to North Las Vegas, NV was estimated to be approximately 3 weeks. Janelle contacted me to inform me that my vehicle would be picked up for delivery 2 to 3 days ahead of time.
