MADE A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY BASED ON TRANSPIORT REVIEWS.COM, BAD MISTAKE. TALKED TO MITCH, SET UP ORDER with a price quote of $ 1000 saying my car is available for pickup from 9/1.
+ when placing an order, His Promised date to pick up my car is 12/1 since they have a seperate Carrier available for CA on 12/1. That was not true. HE JUST LIED TO TO GRAB THE ORDER.
+Mitch found the Driver on 22/1. HE had taken Close to 25 days to find a driver after the order placed.
+I had remind him everyday to find adriver.
+Price quote has increased from $ 1000 to $ 1200 and i cannot change the carrier since i already moved destination and running a rental car that might cause further delay.
+ Charged $50 Extra since Driver walked for just half mile from main gate to the car parked place.
+ Total Charged $ 1250 ( $ 250 Extra on Original Price Quote)
- No timeliness of delivery.
-Mitch always place a call on hold for 10 minutes everytime.
