The broker was prompt at answering questions and scheduling. The carrier communicated very well, with status updates. My car was scheduled for pick up on June 21st, but due to a malfunctioning part on the semi, my car was picked up the next day. Car delivery was scheduled for June 27th, my car was delivered on the 25th. I highly recommend NTS!
