The BIGGEST MISTAKE was choosing this Movers Company 'Nationwide Relocation Services'. Before getting the business from me their calls were courteous and prompt. My point of contact was Mr Fredie Sanchez. He is extremely good in making a fool out of people ..... so if you are planning a move BEWARE ! Once I signed this contract he was invisible. I would call him and leave voice messages but he would never call me back. Also no reply to emails .... The calls would be transferred from one representative to another without any definite answer.

1. I had asked for a full service which meant packing, handling and delivering of my household goods. The guys who showed up did not have enough packing materials. They simply dumped all my stuff into boxes without wrapping them.
My HDTV was also dumped into a similar box and when delivered had scratches on the screen.There was no bubble wrap used to protect the electronic gadget. My Coffee Table was broken and most of my crockery was damaged.

2. They charged me 1000 $ more than what they had estimated ...... I was moving a one bedroom house and the total weight of my goods was 1300 pounds as against the 2000 $ that Nation wide had estimated. ( Got this figure from the truck driver as the goods are weighed before delivered). So rather than a decrease in cost they added 1000 $ extra saying it was was Shuttle that came to pick my stuff from my apartment. However it was no shuttle and a full truck !! Also since they didn't come with enough packing material they used the packing material I had at home.

3. Their Customer service is the most horrible customer service I have see. They are only good at making a fool out of people. Their problem solving skills is zero and they are not at all informative.

4 They showed up to pick my car 10 days after the scheduled date. It was rather impossible to get a definite answer regarding my car. And Mr Fredie who was my point of contact was absconding from the scene with no reply to my phone calls and emails.

5 On the date of delivery the driver only showed up without any helpers. So I had to help the driver in moving my stuff. IS THIS WHAT THEY CALL FULL SERVICE ?
In simple words they are a bunch of crooks and thieves ..... THEY ARE SUGAR COATED PILLS WHO ROBB YOU OF YOUR MONEY !

I have taken photographs of the way my goods were damaged and delivered not to forget about the horrible packing !
Never get swayed away by their sweet talks and it is just not FREDIE ..... They are all the same !!
I can share the photographs of the way the goods were delivered to me if anybody wants ....

Moving my goods with them was a nightmare and these guys robbed me in bright daylight !! SO ALL THE INTELLIGENT FOLKS OUT THERE BEWARE !!
