HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!!

It's amazing, every review that I read felt like my actual experience. These guys are thiefs. First, I was asked what my weight was, 3000-4500#. John told me that it didn't matter, the actual weight and cost will be determined upon weighing of the truck. The pick-up men said they only had enough room for 3000# (contrary to John's statement). I called to have my weight increased to 4500#, and they increased the price $300, which was ok. But when I went to pay the extra $300, they were going to charge me $1000. I can keep going on about how much of a circus this company is. Bottom line:

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO MOVE.

We ended up renting a UHaul to do the move ourselves. There's a reason you can't get mover's insurance from a 3rd party for this company. Think about it.
