I ordered the pick up on 3/30/05 and as of today is 5/10/05 my SUV still somewhere outthere.... the original cost is $700.00 and they told me I am allowed to put in my SUV up to 100 lbs. DO LISTEN TO THEM, becasue the Transport company in my case is BLUE HONET (877-777-6060) is charging me addtional $250 and no negotiate regardless of your fault or the broker (National Auto Transport) Here is the Blue Honnet told me "they are not the Transport company, you do'nt pay we don't ship your car" I said "if I don't see my SUV I don't pay" she said "Fine" she hang up. Then 10 business days from 3/30/05 I call the National auto said The 8-10 display on the contract is ONLY ESTIMATE they don't even tell me that the BLUE HONNET is refused to ship my SUV due to the stuff I have in the SUV. 4 business days later I called and left 3 messages to Carl Reed "the Specialist" no respond at all. FInally I got a hold at him and he said :i am too busy to check my message" so he told me to call the Blue Honnet directly without letting me know the moment that I contact Blue Honnet they are no longer responsible (I don't know why.... God know their weird policy!@#)
In Summary, save your time and headache stay away form AUTO NATIONAL TRANSPORT, they are not helping you when you need tham, all they want is your MONEY.
I wish any one out their know how to file a complain with the Goverment Authority agency to stop them or make them a better services and show us as a consummer how to file a complain.
