As a first-time user of an auto shipping company, I found the experience to be very good, except for the pre-authorization issue. A very helpful customer service representative assisted me quickly in finding a driver. Throughout the process, my driver kept me updated with the progress of my vehicle, going above and beyond to assist in placing it on the truck. I was very pleased with the vehicle's arrival time and condition. I received the vehicle in the driveway of my new house. I didn't have to go anywhere to pick it up. Excellent door-to-door service.
