Never Picked Up with Excuses

I work for a company that ships quite a few vehicles a year and I have never had problems like this. I have been shipping vehicles all over the country for almost 7 years. They never picked up my vehicle as promised. First availble was 1/20/11. They would tell me to get a driver to pick it up I would need to pay more. That was after we had already agreed on a price. Once a price is agreed on and paid it should be there "job" to get the vehicle picked up for the agreed upon price. On 2/14/11 they stopped picking up the phone. Never returned any of my messages or emails. Now they will have to deal with my credit card company. Just a bunch of con artist. If you do use this company make sure you use a credit card so if this happens at less you can dispute it. You can't get a refund from a company that won't answer the phones.
