This transport was a nightmare

When I ordered this transport Nationwide was informed that the person holding my car for pick up had a temporary (4 day) parking permit (my husband left for a deployment the day the car should have been picked up). The first two days Nikki said the truck was getting maintenance and I was told it would be picked up for sure the third day. On the fourth day I got a text at 5:15 am from the person holding the car that it had been towed. I had no choice but to wire $135 to to get the car out of impound so Nationwide could get it picked up. Four days later, the day it was scheduled to be delivered to me in Oregon, it was finally put on the transport truck. After talking directly to the driver I found out Nationwide gave them the wrong city to deliver my car to. Nationwide agreed to have the car dropped and transported to me via a closer city however they didn't fax the info to the dispatch company so that when the truck got to Oregon on a Sunday nobody at Nationwide could be reached and the car had to be taken to the original (incorrect) destination ctiy. When I spoke to Ed Monday morning he admitted Nikki had "made a big mistake" and then hung up on me. My car was finally delivered a week and a half late with no communication from Nationwide.
After continually telling me she would call me back with info and not following through I had to call her almost daily.
Dealing with Nationwide Auto Transport was a nightmare from start to finish and I would NOT recommend them for auto transport.
