I had concerns about transporting a classic automobile all the way across the country and in the middle of the winter. I was assured that the winter conditions wouldn't provide a problem but if the weather was especially poor it may delay delivery of my prized possession. I wanted the car covered so opted for an enclosed vehicle which as it turned out only added $100 to the delivery cost. It would have cost more than that if I had opted for an open carrier then had to have the car detailed here in San Diego. While the weather across the nation was in fact poor, I received a call stating the delivery would be one day sooner than had been promised. That was a pleasant surprise.
The day the T-Bird arrived I was nervous as I had never seen the car other than in pictures. I worried there might be damage from transit. I also worried that the delivery people might be somewhat less than cordial. When the truck pulled up the driver immediately shook my hand and was very polite. He was also very helpful as I wanted to spend a good deal of time inspecting my car before it was removed from the truck. He was very patient as I scrutinized the car in cautious detail.Eventually, I examined everything and found no damage, not even the smallest blemish.
The driver then very carefully removed the car from the truck and at last I had my T-Bird.
Everything from the beginning of selecting the company, the personnel who arranged for the transport, the billing and collection and delivery were accomplished in a very professional manner by all involved. Thus it is appropriate for me to recommend this company to anyone seeking someone who will do what they say and go out of their way to do so. A very satisfying experience.
