I did not have to wait long on the phone before someone answered to schedule a pick up and delivery date. They were helpful explaining the different types of services. This was my second time using this company. Each time I have had very communicative and experienced drivers. The last driver not only delivered my car intact but cleaned the windshield. He also alerted me to the rubber seal that was starting to pull away from the window. The cost of my first delivery in Janurary 2010 was $695. The cost on my second delivery in may 2010 was $895. There were other companies that were cheaper but I was not sure they would still be in business during the delivery of my car.

I only regret that the company does not offer a discount plan for repeat or frequent customers.
