I received excellent service from National Transport, LLC from the first phone call all the way through the end. I was very nervous about shipping my vehicle across the country but I shouldn't have been. I contacted several carriers before National Transport. One never returned the call and the other was too high priced and couldn't guarantee when the car would be picked up or delivered. The first quote I received from Desiree is exactly what we were charged in the end. Up front and honest - that's what I like. The driver who picked up my car was also very pleasant to deal with. He called first thing in the morning to let us know approximately when we could expect him that day. When he arrived, he was thoughtful enough to park his rig so he wouldn't block our neighbors driveway, just in case they had to leave. I knew my car would be in good handsand I was no longer nervous. Thank you so much for making this experience pleasant.
