WORST SERVICE EVER...

I had initially hired high end transport (who I have used in the past & been very happy with) to transport my new car & was impatient with how long they were going to take to pick up the car, so I called National Transport. They had a GUARANTEED PICK UP rate which was higher than my first quote, but I wanted to get the car ASAP. Car was picked up late (i suspect because they were low balling drivers to make as high a profit as possible, clearly that is the companies primary goal). I was told 3 different days that the car would be delivered, changed every day. On the day it was delivered, the time was changed multple times causing me to have to move my schedule around several times. When it was delivered, it was on a trailer on the back of a pickup truck, not even a regular transport truck. The driver didnt even know who the guy was that hired him, just a random hire. Car was filthy, had what appeared to be rub marks from straps on the car, and had been driven 28 miles since it left it's destianation. So, to add insult to injury, the people at National Transport don't care at all. Told me to take it up with the driver (who wont answer the phone or email). National Transport is trying to keep entire 2,095.00 for their incredibley poor service, having my car shipped on the back of a pickup & driven by who knows who & deilvered filthy & scratched.
National is a complete joke, I don't know how with their poor service and follow up they have such a high rating. I understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, but how they responded once there was a problem is the worst service I have ever experienced.
DO NOT HIRE NATIONAL TRANSPORT

Mr. Sinclair came to us after much frustration with the previous company he contracted with. He placed his order with our company choosing the guaranteed pickup option that we offer for an additional premium. We fullfilled his request and had a carrier assigned to pick up on the requested date, however, when the carrier arrived, the third party contact at the pick up location was unavailable causing the driver to be unable to pick the vehicle up until the following morning. This was of no fault of National Transport or of the carrier, and we understand Mr. Sinclair's frustration, but the situation was beyond our control. We strive to meet the needs of all customers and apologize for any frustrations incurred by Mr. Sinclair
