Poor Job Customer Service After Getting Deposit

What I was told by Mike was that I would get at least 24 hr notice for pickup, but what I got was 3 hrs, which I wasn't even home to get the car ready since it was out with me. Then, when I called to speak to Mike on why this angry driver was calling me about my car, no one would take my call. When I called the driver back, he said that a girl from National called and confirmed the pickup that morning, which is 100% false. When Sophia or whatever her name is from National finally called me back, she was extremely rude and made it a pressure sales tactic of "you better have the car ready because another truck might not have that route" which is totally opposite of what the rep Mike told me. Overall, this is a terrible experience, and it seems like a common dirty company of getting a deposit and then it's "screw you, Mr. Customer."
