Dishonest with a side of terrible service

Was told that my truck was to be picked up on a Monday, it wasn't. Couldn't contact anybody at the office all day, when I do finally get ahold of somebody I am told the driver was "delayed" and that the truck will be picked up by that night at latest, so I request that they send me an email with the booking info and drivers information, never received that email because they never had a shipment booked and were just trying to drag me on until they actually could find a driver. After I called them out on it, they had no remorse or apology, just typical low end trash brokers who don't care at all about the company's reputation.
I would never trust this company with shipping a bicycle. Do not make the same mistake and trust them with shipping anything.
