NPS refuses to recognize their accountibility

Upon receipt of my vehicle, the windshield was smashed due to negligence of the driver. The extensive damage to my vehicle clearly shows how it happened. The RAM that lowers the ramp for the 2nd level of the carrier was the cause. I was lucky the ramp did not rip apart the new ragtop! Nick the driver immedatly blamed MATSON. I have uncovered discrepancies with Nick and the Arizona comm. License in the name of Ion Alexe. Also NPS does not have a TWICK Card needed to access port facilities. I am forced to sue these people in order to get reimbursed for the damage they have done to my vehicle. My attorney feels very confident we will prevail. Liens will be placed on bus. lic.'s and we are going to get to the bottom of the driver, his status, and why he uses another person's commercial drivers license. with any luck I will get reimbursed, NPS will go out of bus. and nick may go to jail. I highly recommend NOT doing business with these people, they are not honest. Cross Country trans. out of Florida will not contract these people anymore due to the damage to my vehicle, and their unwillingness to recognize their accountability.
