Spots on paint

When the driver delivered the car there were some spots on thetrunk. He said just water spots. When my detail guy came to detail the car , he told me they werent water spots as the driver stated You need to put some kind of plastic that sticks to the cars, so if anything does drip it wont affect the paint. I guess I was to trusting and did not note it on the delivery invoice. It was either a battery overflowing or some kind of fluid that did leave spots. Now its going to cost me another 60 to have it wet sanded and buffed . I will NOT use your company ever again. No wonder the driver was in such a hurry to leave
