Attempted to contact Mr. Car Shipper On the recommendation of PODS representative. I First attempted to contact the company by phone. I received a message service recording that informed me that all representatives were busy and to leave a message and I would be contacted within 24 hours. I left a message requesting a quote for the transport of an auto to Hawaii. I never received a response from this company. The next weekend I went on line and looked up Mr. Car Shipper. Read all of the printed hype about how prompt this company is and how to beware of other shippers who lure customers in with low rates. I filled out the online form which said I would receive a response within one business day It is now Thursday evening and I still have yet to hear from this transporter. I would caution anyone who is considering using this company to research them well. They do not appear to live up to their word!

Ken, I'd like to take a moment to apologize for the negative experience you had with our company in trying to obtain a quote for shipping your TrailBlazer and Polaris Ranger. When you first called to request a quote, left a message, and then didn't get a call back, that is purely our fault. We had an inefficient system in place that meant your message was not received in a timely manner. I have since corrected this error so that now, everyone who calls at any time of day will receive a live operator who can help them. When you filled out the online form, we did get your quote request right away. I believe our sales rep Casey has already spoken to you and apologized, explaining that the combination of the ATV and Hawaii as your destination was taking longer than normal to price. He certainly should have reached out to you by the next day to at least update you on the process. What it boils down to is that we dropped the ball twice in rapid succession. The negative review you left is an accurate account of what happened to you and we are very sorry. This is not the way we do business and we have taken measures to ensure this kind of thing will not happen to anyone else moving forward. If there is anything we can do to salvage our relationship with you, please let us know.
