I had never shipped a vehicle before, but Isabelle Sanchez was helpful in getting my 2010 Ford Edge shipped across country. She was great at explaining the process to me. Isabelle was very professional and courteous, and answered all of my questions and concerns in an expeditious manner. I would definitely contact Isabelle if I need to ship a vehicle again.
