Skepticism is often the product of experience. I had my concerns about my first transport of a vehicle, let alone this first transport was a cross-country transport. Liza was nothing short of PHENOMENAL. My profession in Human Resources had made me a naturally inquisitive person. Liza didn't seem to mind my plethora of inquiries about the process. Her enthusiasm and prompt feedback to my questions proved to me that she was committed to ensuring my satisfaction from start to finish. Most impressive was her altruistic spirit. After having been initially quoted for 945.00, a change that was out of her control resulted in a slight uptick in the cost to ship. To assuage my concerns, she took a personal paycut due to this unforseen circumstance. MoverJet Logistics: Know that you have an INVALUABLE assest on your team. Do what you must to RETAIN her. It would be impolotic to do otherwise.
