BEWARE!! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN! Do not go anywhere near these people. They were unable to find a hauler for my sister's vehicle, even after looking for TWO WEEKS! Sam is incompetent. Mike is rude, (basically hung up on me- pushed me through to Sam, who never returns calls). I requested a refund from Sam, which he said would take up to a week or so. It has now been THREE MONTHS, and still no refund, as promised! Unfortunately, because this "company" is not living up to it's contractual obligations, my sister is now forced to request a charge back from her credit card, which, I imagine will not happen immediately, as they will probably need to investigate, however long that takes. It's really too bad that some people can't just be straightforward, and honest, and do what they say they are going to do. Even after pushing through the charge back, I fully intend to sue this company, and our contact, Sam, for as much as the courts will allow. As far as I am concerned they have stolen this money, and last I checked stealing is a crime. Also, considering it happened across state lines it could have fairly serious implications for Move On Time. It's not about the money at this point.
