Was very nice gentleman initially, especially when he was taking my credit card info for a deposit. Said the moving company (auto transport) would contact me prior to move. This never happened, and I had to drive the vehicle because the move day was not honored. He kept my $200 deposit, did not keep his word, and is a dishonest human being. Don't do business with him unless you want terrible customer service, and want to lose some $.

UPDATE
This guy Andy touts himself as an honorable man- he is a con man. His license should be revoked. He took our deposit, promised me a pickup date and never deilvered on his promise. He has hung up on my wife multiple times, never calls us back. Don't do business with him, unless you like getting ripped off. Poor individual, poor service, poor company.......

No transport is perfect and every effort is made to help the client. The term deposit is not accurtae as it costs a considerable amount of money and time to arrange transport. Normal funds are returned if the costs are justified. I have been in constant contact with Mike by telephone and e-mail. It is unfotunate that his transport was not satisfied; however, this office did everything possible to satisfy his needs.
