Talked to Leroy on 11/3/11. Told him to give me a fair price to move my vehicle within the next two weeks. Said he could move it for $650, probably be picked up by Monday (11/7) at the latest. Never heard from him again. Tried calling and emailing, but couldn't get through. Finally tried calling from a different phone number, and got a woman to answer. She said she would try to find a driver and I should call back in 2 hours. Must have tried calling back about 100 times from that day till 3 days later. Never got through. Sent an email telling them to please either call me by end of day, or cancel my contract and refund my money. Also told them I would file a complaint if they didn't contact me. Still haven't heard from them. Contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge to get my deposit back, and filed a complaint with BBB and here. Another broker told me that I ws still listed on Central Dispatch with them, and they gave me a different phone number to try, which I got through on this morning and had them hopefully take my listing off. Would not recemmend doing business with this company. Once they have your deposit, you will never hear from them again.
