Laura was great! I had never moved a car before, and she took the time to explain the entire process to me. I like that Motor Movers does background checks on the drivers and their companies. Something I didn't know is that all of these companies use the same database to find their drivers, the main difference is how they go about screening them. Accordingly, if you get dramatically different quotes this is why. Rates from Motor Movers were very competitive among the higher quality firms. The exterior of my car was also fully insured, although nothing happened to it in transport. Something I especially like about Laura: she's been in the business for at least 10 years. Based on my experience in following up with quotes, I get the feeling that there may be a lot of turnover in this industry, so it's definitely a plus to have someone who really knows the business.
