At first there was a little difficulty finding a carrier, due to the time of the year, but once they were successful, everything went smoothly. The rep was very cooperative and concerned about getting the proper carrier. The driver was very conscientious and on time. He even called ahead to discuss the car's condition (it was being transported due to some damage) and to make sure I was available for the delivery at the designated arrival time. He was right on time and the car was safely unloaded.
