Excellent Auto Transport Broker

I had a 2008 Lexus IS 350 fully loaded, perfect condition with 15,000 miles on it. This was a $30,000 + purchase from West Islip, NY. I live in Atlanta, GA where it was getting shipped. I mention the type and value of the car as an example of the outstanding care and attention Alice and her company Motor Movers Auto Transport (www.motormoversautotransport.com, Alice's email: aperry@motormoversautotransport.com) took in the pickup, transport, and delivery of my car.

I would have never thought Alice was an Auto Transport Broker!!! She treated her company, hired transport truckers, and me as if she OWNED an independent auto transport company with all their own in house auto transport trucks and drivers. She was constantly in contact with me and if she could not reach me on my cell phone she always left a detailed VM and then followed up with an email until she got a hold of me. Her quote was the lowest by hundreds over all others and she DID NOT require a deposit up front!! She had a truck ready for pick up with in 2 days, The driver was on time for pick up, had no issues picking up, and was early delivering!! He was in constant contact with me 24 hrs before delivery to be sure I was available and to get confirmation on directions. This is just one example of the level of expectations Alice and Motor Movers Auto Transport has on its truckers. So many auto transport brokers want a deposit upfront, give you low quotes to get you to pay them, then over promise and under deliver. Your car will sit for weeks because they made such a low quote and kept your deposit (the majority of their cut in the deal) when they charged you upfront before getting a truck committed to get your car. This IS NOT how the auto transport industry works, its like a legal scam. And since they kept a large portion of your over all quote and quoted you low enough that you went with them over the others that no truck driver is interested in wasting their time to get your car! Your car then sits for WEEKS!!! Then they tell you, if you want it sooner you need to pay more to the trucker. After all that, your car still sitting for weeks, a frustrated seller holding your car, you then try to get your money back, HA, not happening.
