Mary Winifield is an excellent customer rep who gave excellent performance above and beyond the call of regular duties. Ensuring every t was cross and every i dotted. Mary Winifield should be noted by upper management and awarded a monetary award based on her excellent customer service and ensuring my move went smoothly. She was very professional, always keeping me advise of when the carrier would arrive, and coordinated all of the task so I would not have to worry.
