2005 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VIII -REGRETTABLY purchased from Chicago Motor Cars in West Chicago, IL. (Review to be done on Chicago Motor Cars in another forum- but if you're thinking of buying from Chicago Motor Cars, PLEASE DO NOT!!)

First of all, I'd like to say that if I could give Ginger and our driver James P. 10 STARS **********, I would. :-)
We used Moonlite Auto Transport mid-March 2011, for our very first transport ever.
I had easily spoke with a dozen or so transport companies. Ginger was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the business. She is the sole owner and is very organized, courteous and has a great sense of humor! Our driver James was very courteous and had great communication with us every step the way. We live in a rural area and James delivered the car where we asked even though I'm sure it was well out of his way. Believe it or not, I had contact with another transport company that absolutely insisted that NOBODY would bring the car where we lived- that I would have to likely drive a few towns away because nobody would do it for the price I was looking for. The fee from Moonlite Auto Transport was VERY fair & competitive based on other quotes received from other companies, and we are so very glad that we chose Moonlite Auto Transport. I think its also notable that while I was obtaining quotes from several companies, Ginger was not obnoxious/pushy about who we chose to transport. She simply gave us realistic time frames, answered our questions with enthusiasm and confidence- and worked with us to make everything as simple and painless as it could possibly be.
Ginger is top notch as well as our driver James P, and both of them exceeded our expectations with this transaction!! We cant say enough about the terrific service we received.
