Driver was rude.
Review: The driver called said he was waiting at pickup location, hurried to get there and he arrived 1 hr later. Monty's Auto Delivery Co told me that the truck would arrive at Ft Lewis on Wednesday or Thursday of the following week. The truck was going to my son that is in the Army and asked if he could work it out so he could meet him after 5 pm off base and the driver said he could not wait for no one he would empound the truck until he could get off the Army Base to get it. One week passed and no word from driver or Stateway called several times and no return calls. Finally a call back from Stateway on Friday and said driver said it would arrive saturday or sunday. Monday came and no truck or call. Called monday was told it would arrive tuesday or wednesday. Driver called my son at the last minute and said he was waiting for him. My son got a ride to meet him in mean while the driver is threating to empound truck, very rude. I researched reviews and Stateway had the best, I don't know how. I asked if there would be any discount for the delays and was told they could not control what happens on the roadways. I understand that but don't keep telling us that it would be there the next day when they knew it wouldn't. I also went with this company because they had tracking during the transport, wrong it was not working, how convient.
