I was 100% satisfied. The vehicle was retrieved from a college campus via a small truck (to be placed on a larger carrier) by the necessary deadline and arrived EARLY in an enclosed truck, although we had only paid for open transportation. The price was very competitive (not the very lowest, but far from the highest) and I found the staff to be knowledgeable and cooperative with excellent follow-through. I chose them initially based on BBB ratings and what research I could do. I will continue to use them as long as my son attends school in OR. Although I only have had experience with one other transportation company (which did a reasonably good job), this was a measurably better experience.
